What should I do if I have a question about UNH Connect?

Will I be able to get in touch with other alums in the directory?
Alums who have provided an email address can receive emails using UNH Connect. If you utilize the directory, there is a symbol for email. You can click on that symbol and generate an email to your fellow alum. You won't be able to see their email address. We will send it for you. It is up to the recipient to respond.
What are the benefits of logging in?
Logging into UNH Connect will give you access to the alumni directory as well as the career and mentoring sections of the site. In addition, UNH events that are restricted to UNH alumni only will require a log in to RSVP. We will also be creating some exclusive content for our logged in alums.
What do I do if I lose my password?
If you lose your password, simply click on the link labeled "find my password" on the log in page. You can find your user name the same way.

Your Privacy

Is my personal information available to alums who have logged in?
The only information available to your fellow alums is your first name, last name and class year until you change your preferences to allow more.

How do I change my address to start receiving the magazine?
Log into UNH Connect and click "update my info." It is located in the upper right hand corner of every page. Any address changes that you make on UNH Connect will be for the magazine as well.
How do I change my email preferences?
After logging into UNH Connect, click on "Update my Info" in the upper right hand corner of the homepage. Next click on the tab labeled "Account and Email Settings" (third tab from the left on the top row). Click on the link at the bottom labeled "To manage your email preferences, please visit the University of New Hampshire Communications site. Select or unselect the items of interest to you or you can unsubscribe from all by checking the box at the bottom. Click "save" and you are done!

When is my class reunion?
We currently hold two separate class reunions, scheduled in spring and fall. See our reunions page for more information.
I have moved, how do I get information about network activities in my area?
We send network information to anyone with a current home address in the network area. Update your record by logging into UNH Connect and clicking on "update my information."
Is there a network in my city?
Where can I park while visiting?
There are a couple of options there for you depending on how long you will be here. For short-term visits, there are meters available on Main Street, Strafford Ave. and other areas around campus. All-day parking passes and information is available at the visitor information center located near A Lot across from the Field House. Visitor parking information is available here or please call University Transportation Services at 603-862-0330.
I need help finding an old classmate?
Once you have logged in, you will have the ability to search for classmates using our directory. If we have an email address on file you will be able to send an email to them. Unless they have changed their privacy settings, you will not be able to locate their address or see their email address.
I never received my yearbook. How do I order one?
The Granite Yearbook is a student run organization that operates out of the Memorial Union Building. Visit the Granite Yearbook website for more information.
How do I order a transcript or copy of my diploma?
All official student records are held at the registrar’s office. You will need to contact them for a copy of your diploma.  Visit the Registrar's website for more information. Their main phone number is 862-1500.
Can I use the pool and/or gym when I am visiting?
Absolutely! You will need to get a daily guest pass. Find out more about guest passes.
When is homecoming?
